Returns & Exchanges Policy

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be in their original condition:

  • No signs of wear or use

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Culinary Shoes (food safety regulations)
  • Nurse/Healthcare Shoes (infection control purposes)

Additionally, any footwear showing signs of wear, including visible sole wear patterns, outdoor use, removed tags, or missing original packaging cannot be accepted for return.
